HELLO! 

I'm Julia and I'm in the mother stage of my life.

I consider myself lucky to be emerged in this stage of womanhood. Don't get me wrong – I enjoyed being a maiden – but motherhood has been a game changer. 

My inner child and my inner teenager finally feel seen, and dare I say, off the hook from having to protect me. Why?

Because my inner mother is now running the show and she means business.

For the first time, I have such purpose in life. And that's to live a fully embodied, pleasurable, fulfilling life. One that's aligned, abundant and connected to the Great Mother, our planet.

Because that's what I want to role model for my daughters. That being a complicated, emotionally diverse, multi-faceted human is divine.

These days you can find me being a full-time mother of two beautiful daughters, an entrepreneur, a breathwork practitioner and an avid storyteller.

I love supporting other women, especially those also looking to embrace their motherhood stage of life.

I believe that when we are connected to our inner mother, we can shape the world around us for us all.

And we can better support the next new generation of change makers – the ones that will bring the world back into balance and innovate beyond our wildest dreams.
