HEY, I'M JULIA!

Storyteller, breathworker, facilitator, mother

When I became a mother, my whole world turned upside down. I began to question everything.

It wasn't until I found my first mother's circle online that I finally felt like I had found other mothers like me.

I was hooked and I knew that I wanted to facilitate my own circles and share the power of sisterhood with other women.

I left my career, trained in breathwork and brought my passion to life. Because, other than being a mother, I love helping women reconnect to their full embodied selves.

I believe you are just as worthy as me to be held, heard and celebrated. I believe you will benefit just as much as I have when you reconnect with your breath, body and soul. I believe that when a mother thrives, everyone around her thrives.

We are role models to the future custodians of this planet and we have the power to make significant change. And I’m here to hold you, my fellow change maker and sister, on your journey back to your power.

Mother’s circle with Julia happened at a very important point of my parenting journey, around the time of a break-up. Being able to voice my feelings in a safe environment and practice breathwork was an exceptional experience and I am very grateful for the impact Julia’s mother’s circles had at a difficult time.

Julia is a great facilitator for mother’s circles. She is a very good listener, a sensitive person and her background on breathwork and meditation makes her meetings very special. This is a lovely space to hear other mothers’ voices and share thoughts and/or feelings.
