TANTRUM PARTY
Ever wish your could rage it out, leave your inhibitions behind and actually feel it out like your kids do?

Are you tired of always having to hold it all together, and you want to get out of your head and into your body in a fun and safe way?
Â
Tantrum Party is your invitation to feel what's going on beneath the surface, dance it out through guided movement and be held by the sisterhood of mothers that are in it with you.Â
No, we're not actually throwing a tantrum (which by the way is just the body's way of releasing accumulated tension from the body). We are allowing ourselves to FEEL with no shame, no judgement, no fear.
The more connected you are with your emotional world on a regular basis, the lighter you will feel and the less likely your emotions will bottle up, seep out through passive aggression and control your life.
The more you FEEL, the better you are at being patient and present in your life – and with holding space for your loved ones as they go through the highs and lows.
The more you give yourself permission to just be in the moment and express what whatever needs to come through, the more you will connect with who you truly are, what you're here for and how sensuous you are really are at your core.
Tantrum Party has featured in the Daily Telegraph, Channel 10 News, Today Show, Sunrise, The Project, ABC Radio Sydney, More FM, Kidspot, New York Post and more.
What you do during the Party:
You'll be guided on how to create safety in your body, followed by an opportunity to rage out to the music, soften to music and then replenish the good feels to music.
We'll end by holding space for each other and sharing our stories – so that any lagging shame can be released, because you're not alone in this wild journey of motherhood.Â
What NOT to bring:
- Any shame you feel about "acting out"
- Any judgement you feel about other mothers "acting out"
- Any fear you have of truly being seen for what an amazing mother you are!

HEY, I'M JULIA!
A certified breathwork facilitator, women's circle guide and transformational coach. I'm also a homeschooling mama of two girls under the age of five, and a cyclebreaker.
By cyclebreaker, I mean that I am the first generation of mothers in my family to look to my body for wisdom, rather than settle for dissociation and survival mode. I believe our emotions are our superpowers and when you allow them to flow through your physical form, you create inner peace – and we all know that mothers need more peace in their lives.
Since becoming a mother almost five years ago, I have been on a wild returning to my body, sensuality and vitality. Part of my journey has been witnessing the uninhibited freedom of expression my girls have and their natural, untamed ability to process the world around them (because of the space my partner and I have created to hold them).
The other part of my journey has been supporting countless mothers with their own rollercoaster rides, and guiding them back to their power (aka their ability to access their desires and purpose, and to feel alive in their own skin).
